Welcome to Langton Primary School
Welcome to Langton Primary School. We are a small, friendly and welcoming school, situated amongst the beautiful countryside of Ryedale, with very easy access from the towns of Malton and Norton.
I am extremely proud to be Headteacher here at Langton. Our family atmosphere enables staff to know and work with all our children as individuals. We are an exceptionally dedicated staff team, and our small class sizes and extra-curricular opportunities ensure that we develop well-rounded pupils who can achieve their full potential.
We offer full wrap-around care with a popular Breakfast and After School Club for families who require it. The school is well supported by our PTA, and our pro-active governing body works in close partnership with the whole school team to provide the best education and opportunities for all. Our academic results demonstrate continued success and we are proud to have results that exceed national benchmarks.
I would welcome any families who might be interested in a place at Langton Primary School to visit the school. We attract children from a wide area and currently have spaces to take children who are both in and not in our immediate catchment.
I hope you enjoy our website and find it informative. Please do contact the school if you require any more information, or if you would like to arrange a tour.
With very best wishes
Mrs Rachel Ray
Headteacher
