We welcome pupils from Langton and the surrounding area (please click link below to see our catchment area) and also have a growing number of pupils who, although not residing within our catchment area, choose Langton because of our warm and welcoming community, and our rural, friendly, small school feel. We are always happy to welcome visits to the school, so if you would like to make an appointment to come and see what we have to offer here at Langton, please do contact us admin@langton.n-yorks.sch.uk
As a community school, all our full time admissions are agreed by North Yorkshire Council, to whom all applications should be made. Please use the links below for more information.

The key dates to note are:
15 January 2024 – the deadline to apply for a primary school place.
16 April 2024 – National Offer Day, primary school places are allocated on this day.
For parents of Year 6 pupils moving to secondary school
If you haven’t already made an application for a secondary school for September 2024, please don’t forget to apply by the 31 October 2023. Applications can be made online at www.northyorks.gov.uk/admissions Thank you.
