School Council Update - December 2017
It has certainly been a busy term for our School Council. Class 3’s Ella tells us about some of their achievements so far this term….
- We’ve put posters up around the school for the Book Fair
- We’ve addressed envelopes for the FoLS Christmas Raffle
- We have had a look through some catalogues to choose some new play equipment—nothing chosen yet!
- We made up the Operation Christmas Child boxes
- For Children in Need day, we made some posters fro the Bake Sale, and we sold cakes and raised £89.75!
- We also posted FoLS Christmas Fair posters to the people who live around the village.
Next on the agenda will be Christmas Jumper Day on Friday 22nd December—we are asking everyone to bring in a £1.00 donation in exchange for wearing their Christmas jumpers, and the School Council will collect this in aid of Save the Children.
